Dearest Podcast fans,
We thought it only proper of us to drop you a line, because some people have been experiencing problems with the full-length Headcast WMV video file, which actually looks rather good, if only you can see it.
Brightcove have offered to help anyone who has downloaded the video and still can't make it play - email bc_support@brightcove.com.
They also recommended installing this video codec on your Windows PC: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack.htm
Mac users: we're extra sorry about you, because we *love* Macs, but the WMV video that Brightcove deliver won't playback on a Mac. We're working on a solution for that too.
If there are any Mac users out there who have spent a dollar and didn't get the video to work, email jack@headcast.co.uk and with your paypal email address and the date of the transaction.
We hope to have these glitches resolved soon, and thanks for your patience.
